When it does, click it and return to your Zapier setup tab/window in Chrome. If you don’t see it right away, don’t worry-just wait a moment and it should pop up. It should say “TEST” next to it to help you locate it-something that comes in handy once you’ve made a lot of buttons. Now click the Zapier Push icon in the Chrome toolbar and choose the new trigger you just created. Make a new tab or window in Chrome and use it to load a web page with the data you want to capture.

The issue here is that these contacts likely already have various linked items (meetings). Often we can add new meetings and link just that specific meeting to an existing contact, HOWEVER sometimes we need to update an existing contact and link it to a new meeting (this is caused by the case of sometimes having one meeting attendee and sometimes having two, where attendee 2 is sometimes blank, so we need to run a filter before search/creating attendee 2 as a contact, and this happens after the meeting is already created). Over time, multiple meetings are linked to existing clients. We have tables for both Clients and Meetings in our Airtable base which are linked. We’re in the process of building out some serious zaps into our Airtable database and need some guidance on what will happen if we use zapier to ‘add’ items to a “link to another record” field which already contains values.
